Art is a sacred transition....

the pleasure of taking ordinary materials and creating objects of beauty and value.

To meet the ever-changing design needs of today's consumer, Jeanne Chasens Sanders and her company, KTO Design, offer fresh solutions and unique materials to both designers and architects.  Using glass and mirror as her primary mediums, the artisan's creativity and imagination provide limitless options to the client with unique and discriminating taste. 

Not restricted by the traditional treatment of materials, glass & mirror are available to be used in a number of ways, including antiquing and reverse painting as well as the use of metallic leaf.   Outstanding items such as tiles, fire screens, framed mirrors, light fixtures, stair rails, and furniture are just some of the original artworks created.  In addition, the artisan incorporates glass elements into her textile painting and uses glass as 'jewelry for the environment.'

Ideally, site-specific art should fulfill the client's dream and provide innovative design concepts.  With this in mind, Ms. Sanders’ projects continue to be the very best form of collaboration - creativity coming together with practicality.  The goal is always to please the client with something they can live with and love.
